The Melbourne Soil Testing team conducts soil tests across both residential and commercial areas, our expert team conducts soil analysis onsite and provide results and soil classification within an industry approved report according to the Australian Standard AS2870.
Soil testing is the first step in the building process, the soil testing and classification process is used to determine the reactivity of the soil. The reactivity of a soil is measured by the swelling and shrinking of the soil as a result of moisture.
